I tend to group my tasks in Entourage as 'saved searches'. So for example, I might put 20 tasks into a saved search called -Vacation 2008.
I have quite a few of these saved searches.
They take up space on my task menu on the left side of my screen.
I would like to compress the space they take up on the menu.
Is there a way I can keep my individual saved searches, but just have them be in subfolders, part of a master folder of 'old saved searches', which is all I would see on the menu screen,. Then, if I click 'old saved searches', I would be able to open it, and see all my old saved searches, like Vacation 2008.
How do I do this?
Many thanks.
