Do you have a particular file/template in mind to go along with this question?
My guesses:
Tax Status: Your U.S. IRS filing status as shown on your W4
Tax Status: paid or unpaid - if unpaid, expect problems with the IRS
Tax Status: "OK" (as in I'm rich and get out of paying) or "STANDARD" (as
in I work for a living, so the Gov't taxes me clear down to my underwear).
