TC/SC translation

Get the following error in Word when trying to convert
Tradition Chinese to Simplified Chinese.

"Word is unable to proceed. More than one file necessary
to do tc/sc translation is missing"

Doesnt ask for the cd, or say what files. Ive searched
for days and cant find a fix. Please help

I got the same problem and can't found any solution in Microsoft Web site. Very disappointed.

I've found the solution. Need to install the Mutlilanguage pack Disk 4.
Need to install dictionary
