tcp/ip error 0x800ccc15

receive tcp/ip error messase 0x800ccc15 when send/receive e-mail. If I reset
pc/modem/router Outlook 2000 works for a little while, then I start to
receive the erro message again.

Internet access is fine, I can use Outlook express, with no problem. No
problem with my ISP.
