TCP/IP Error on attempt to Publish on FP2000 / XP Home ed. OS

I'm a new FrontPage user and on my attempt to publish my web for the first time, I received the following
error message:

"Accessing HTTP servers requires 32-bit TCP/IP networking which is not installed or may be
misconfigured."

I have verified (to the best of my expertise) that my TCP/IP connection is alive and
well by pinging my domain (topeoluwole.com) at the hosting company. My Internet connection is
via a wireless LAN to a broadband modem. Any insight to a resolution would be greatly appreciated.
