Teacher's timetable/Log. How do I edit lesson plan/log in one occu

I use Outloook to plan my week's teaching timetable. I teach english in
companies etc.

I enter the location and class name etc. The timetable itself stays mainly
consistent throughout the cademic year so i use recurring apointments.

I use comments to plan ahead what I'm going to teach.

Later I enter the actual items taught etc.

problem: ALL Occurences (past and future) are changed when I change any of
the comments.

How do I use Outlook to plan my week(s) and enter in EACH INDIVIDUAL
appointment different comments.

Many thanks

I think that as you have a single Item (being a recurring appointment)
anything you relate to it will be in every occurrence.

I think you'll need to make separate appointments to have differing stuff in
each one.

I know this sounds like a big job....... However, if you right mouse drag
an appointment to another day, when you release it, you can copy it.

I have an Outlook addin called CalendarPro. It will create a template of
events, say for one week. Each event is calculated from a single date, say
Monday. You can then create each week's calendar items with a few simple
clicks. It is free.
