This is one screwball of a request:
One thing I have learned from the groups is that with MS Access forms and the right combination of code and macros, just about anything is possible. That said, I would like to create an application for my 3 year old to learn to tell time.
She has a digital watch, but thinks that a 0 is the same as 10. So, 9:40 comes out, "Nine Four Ten". I'd like to offer digital AND analogue that will, when she sets the time on one, update the other. Further, just like the infamous voicemail lady, I'd like the database to read (.wav) file the time to her.
Unfortunately, this seems to be MUCH more complex than I thought. I'm still in the idea phase, trying to figure out how to just make a round clock face (there doesn't seem to be a drawing toolbar on the forms).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Derek
