Team assignement pool : project server 2007

Hello,
In project 2007, there is a functionnality call Team assignment pool. As far
as I can understand this, it is possible to define user in a team. Then it
should be possible to assign this team to a task instead of a standard
resource.
How does it work exactly ? Is there any documentation.
