Team Build and Executives

Hello

Platform: PS 2007 SP1 and PS pro 2007

Question: I have some users in Exectuive group that I would like to assign
tasks to on a Project or even be part of the Team build to have access to
project workspaces. These users are in PS 2007 (in Users Group and are
active), however I cannot see them from Team Build function.

Is there a reason for this? Thanks for your help.

Shahid --

You need to add these executives as resources in the Enterprise Resource
Pool. Simply creating using accounts for them is not enough. Hope this
helps.

Thanks, by adding them to resource pool do you mean adding them using Team
Build? I tried this but cant see them in the list. Or do you mean openning
the resource pool from server and adding them manually.

In PWA, edit each user account and select the "User can be assigned as a
resource" option. If this is not possible, then create them in the
Enterprise Resource Pool in Project Professional 2007. Hope this helps.
