team calendar in 2007 exchange

Is there a way to have a calendar in outlook exchange 2007that works like the
google share calendar? I just want all team members to be able to go into the
calendar and view/add/delete items without invitations and reminders being
sent to everyone.

Make a public calendar and set your permissions accordingly. Or set permissions/delegates on a selected non-public calendar. it is not rocket science.
