Team Direction Project activation

I had a computer crash recently and had to reinstall pretty much everything,
including Groove. Since then, all my "TeamDirection Project" tools appear in
Preview Mode. When I enter the tool, I am told that I must activate the
product and I am asked if I want to do it now. If I click 'Yes' a window pops
up with these four options:
- I have an Activation Key from Groove Networks
- I want to buy a license
- I have a License ID and Password
- I have a Registration Code

I select the first one and then continue. A new window comes up saying:

To complete activation you must ...
a. Be using Groove Workspace version 2.5e or later (which I am)
b. Apply your Groove Activation Key

I click on Finish and nothing happens.

If I go on Help - About Groove - Licenses I see TeamDirection Project 3.0
there, with 'Expiration' Never.

If I go on Help - Activate and enter my activation key, it tells me that
"the items you've requested will be installed in the account" but nothing
happens.

Hi,

Have you activated the Groove account? What's show about Groove in License
window?
