Team Lead-Status Rept Trouble Shooting

Project Server 2003: In PWA, a Team Lead is not able to successfully
generate Request for Status Report from resources.

Resources are not notified of the request. No resource names populate the
table in "View status report responses from your team members". The only
status reports the user is getting come as "Miscellaneous" only.

I've looked to ensure this user is set up in PWA correctly: the user is
active, the email address is valid, Windows Authentication works fine...

Any ideas?

Two questions:

1. Did the Team Leader actually create a Status Report request?
2. Did the Team Leader actually SEND the Status Report request, or did
he/she SAVE it instead? If he/she saved it, then he/she needs to edit it
and then SEND it.
