Team Members assigned to My Tasks can see all projects

I have team members assigned to the category of My Tasks. Based on my setup
for the category, I think the team members should only be able to see
projects to which they are assigned. Currently, they are able to see any
project I publish.

The My Tasks category is set up as follows:

Adjust Actuals = Not allowed
Approve Timesheets for Resources = Not allowed
Assign Resource = Not allowed
Build Team On Project = Not allowed
Create New Task or Assignment = Not allowed
Delete Project = Not allowed
Edit Enterprise Resource Data = Not allowed
Open Project = Not allowed
Save Project =Not allowed
See Enterprise Resource Data = Allowed
See Projects in Project Center =Allowed
See Projects in Project Views =Allowed
See Resource Assignments in Assignment Views = Allowed
View Risks, Issues, and Documents = Allowed

The "Only Project Indicated Below" radio button is checked in combo with the
box "Allow users in this category to view all projects in which they are a
team member".

Am I missing something obvious?

Either the members of the Team Members group are also mmbers of another
group, or the Team Members group is associated with more than just the My
Tasks category, or everyone is assigned to every project you publish.

I checked these items. Everything appears to be in order. I took screen
shots and sent them to you offline. If you could take a quick look, I would
appreciate it.

The attachment you sent did show everything you said it would, but there's
one thing missing:

Who is on the project TEAM? [In your configuration] a resource who is on
the project team, whether or not they are assigned any work, will have
permission to see the project. To see who is on the team, you can click the
assign resources icon or go to Tools > Build Team from Enterprise.

My guess is that the projects with which you are having trouble were created
by copying an existing project that already had some resources assigned to
the team. When you look at the Gantt chart, you don't see the names of
project team resources who are not assigned to a task.

Check it out and see. If that is not the cause, then there is probably
something actually wrong with your system.

That's my problem....I "built my team" incorrectly. I didn't realize the
difference between being a "team member" and being assigned to a task.

Thanks again!
