TeamDirection Project

I have some workspaces that I set up using 3.0. These workspaces included
the TeamDirection Project tool. My old computer died and I got a new one.
The version I downloaded to the new one is 3.1. Now the TeamDirection
Project doesn't work. Any ideas on how to utilize this tool in 3.1?
