Project Server 2007: I am having difficulty with understanding Teams. I have
built up a simple team with a single Role in the Enterprise Custom Fields
Lookup and have assigned two Resources to the Team Assignment Pool.
In a sample project I have assigned some tasks to the Team, but it doesn't
seem to work as expected. When I look at Resource Usage, Project seems to
track them as an isolated resource rather than taking in the sub resources. I
would expect to see Project take resources from the Team members, better
still to select from available resources. I also need to set the Max units to
200% to reflect the size of the resource. The feature seems a bit dumb to me,
am I using it right?
