Trying to install ARCSOFT product (Collage Creator) get error message.
Cannot install because need DOSX.EXE in AUTOEXEC.NT with a path.

Using Windows XP Professional

Search found both files but evidently not installed correctly. System is
not new but is up-to-date.

Sorry, you are in the wrong place to get the answer suggest you post your
question to a Arcsoft newsgroup. this ng
answers questions about MS Access relational database software.

Now just guessing create an autoexec.nt file (or if you already have one
edit it) to include the path to dosx.exe such as
Path = c:\windows\

To find the path search for dosx.exe and use that location.
