Technical Specifications for 2007 BCM

I would like to the size limits for BCM 2007? How many contacts, emails, and

BCM uses Express Edition of SQL 2005 and databases are measured in terms
of size of the database not number of records but I guess it possible
to calculate the number of records. I will admit I don't know but the
size of the DB is limited to 4GB at any one time.
