I haven¹t done this as a draft, but I have gone to my Sent Items, clicked on
the message, and chosen Resend from the Message menu. At that point, it sets
you up to send the exact same message to the same recipient. Just delete the
old recipient and add a new one.

David: Thank you:) Seems a bit archaic, no? I've just finally switched from Quickmail CE Software after 20 years and even THEY had a template feature!

Yes, it is a bit archaic. However, I¹m not saying that there isn¹t a
template feature; it¹s just that I don¹t know about it. I¹ve only been using
Entourage for a few months (switched from Eudora); my Office area of
expertise is PowerPoint. Maybe an Entourage expert will have a better answer
for you.

Hi Jane,

there is no real template feature in Entourage, at least none that works
in the sense that you would expect it to do. You can only use
workarounds, such as the one mentioned by David. This is definitely one
of those areas in which Entourage needs improving.
