Technology Guarantee

Brian

I'm hoping that somebody can answer this question for me. I have been using
Office XP for quite some time and have now purchased the Upgrade Version of
Office 2003 Professional. When I go to the Technology Guarantee page, this
version of office is included in the drop-down list, however, all of the
literature says "full retail" version, which doesn't mean the upgraded
version to me.

Before I open this software and install it, can anyone tell me if this
upgrade version is included in Technology Guarantee? Since Office 2007 is
pretty close to general release, I don't want to open this product and find
out that I can't get the upgrade free of charge. I would rather return this
product and wait for 2007 to be released in that event. Thank you, in
advance, for any light you can shed on the subject.

Thank you, JoAnn. I am from the U.S. I'm sorry that I had forgotten to put
that in my original posting. Thank you for the quick response. I didn't
want to have to open the box to fill out the Technology Guarantee form (CD
key portion) to find out whether or not the upgrade is a "qualifying"
product. Thanks again!

I made the assumption you were in the US so I went tho this site. I was able
to follow it with with the upgrade version without a problem.
