Hi there,
I'm a lone Mac user in my shop. I use Entourage as I'm determined to show
that my Mac is better But I'm causing folks some consternation with my
email replies.
People send me emails and I reply. (I use HTML to do email, as I commonly
need to attach pictures or charts) When I see the emails, they are in normal
10 or 12 point fonts, and I reply, they are the same. When the folks on the
other side get the email, my font shows up as like a 9 point font (but it
looks even smaller) and older replies sometimes show up as a 7 point font.
A buddy of mine looked at the source on one of these reply emails - the
source showed that the email described out a 12-point font, but it was
showing up as 7 on his screen. Most times when I see those same emails on
my PB, they look fine to me.
I looked through the Preferences, and didn't see anything right off that
would help. I changed my default font to Arial 12 point, which doesn't seem
to have helped, but I thought it would at least make sure I was using a font
that the Windows users would have.
Any ideas? TIA
