telemarketing campaigns

I've a question...
If I'm running a telemarketing campaign myself and I import roughly 1000
leads a week, because I will call 200 businesses a day.

What is the best way to set this process up in BCM where I can efficiently
see my lead information and status of my accounts as they move from
lead -> prospect -> opportunity -> $$$$ ;)

I used to use zoho CRM to do this but as my campaigns get more sophisticated
I need better follow-up and would like to track emails notes call logs and
pretty much any interaction with the accounts for that matter... i love the
way BCM looks and I enjoy the feel of outlook... hopefully with your
responses I can find a way to integrate this solution.
