I have been looking for a template to create a comprehensive telephone & address directory of our companies and client contacts. Any suggestions??

Using templates to contain data is costly to organizations as
the data gets outdated and is timely and costly to update or
respond to when incorrect data may be used during business
processes.

Does your organization use Office Systems 2003? The benefits
in this context are enormous when using smart tags, smart
documents and XML Web Services.

The solution has to be developed and represents a cost to the
organization to develop and maintain that which is developed
but the costs actually turn into productivity savings.

It is in fact productivity savings that is why the U.S. is now
experiencing the jobless economic recovery. Automation works.
Sometimes too well it seems but the law of the jungle does prevail.

Automate or get eaten. I have no idea what we'll do next though ;-)

You are correct in your post, on smart tags, smart docs, and XML Web Services...dependent on size of the organization, and budgeting for upgrades to the new Office system....system wide
