telephone network diagrams?

I am a telecom consultant who was hoping to find diagrams in Visio 2003 for telephone networks. I see network diagrams but not that specifically relate to telephone.

specifically what are you looking for; cabling infrastructure, handsets,
pbx's, ivu/vru, tandem switchs, acd? All of these are pretty much vendor
specific. John Marshall has some pointers on his site for some sites that
can provide stencils (usually for a fee). Cisco has some generic VOIP stuff
on it's site.
