Telephone tree

I'm looking for a template to create an Emergency Telephone tree. One person
calls 4 people, each of those call x number of people, etc.

This is called an Org(anizational) Chart and in Word 2003 the creation tool
is on the drawing toolbar.
In Word 2007 you need to add it - see Word Help which explains how.
