tell me how to install office 97 photo editor in Windows xp

dumbfounded with office 2003

I have tried and tried to install 97 photo editor on my windows xp system and all I can do is reinstall office 97 which I do not want to......someone please help and tell me step by step how to extract and install only photo editor from the office 97 install disc

When you're installing Office 97, choose to perform a "Advanced/Custom
install" and unselect everything but the photo editor.
