Telling when a message is a month old

Our systems admin automatically deletes any e-mail messages on our
system once they are 30 days old. You can't get them back.

Would anyone be able to design a quick macro for me that would scan
through my current folder, and all folders "beneath" it, and produce a
Note on the screen that would list all messages that were 25 days old
or more? Not the messages themselves, just:

"Folder InBox: 3 messages, Folder Finance: 12 messages, Folder Pending:
6 messages..."

....so that I know which folders to go into and deal with these messages
before they get deleted. I have a lot of folders in my InBox into
which certain messages are automatically filtered to deal with later,
and this would save me going through lots of folders where the messages
are nowhere near 25 days old.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Steve, if you don´t want to write the code yourself and need to save your

you.

It isn't a question of not being bothered to write the code myself, but
of having no knowledge of Outlook VBA in order to do it. Evidently
there is only so much help people on newsgroups are prepared to give.
Sorry to have troubled you.

You might want to start learning VBA and we´d appreciate to assist you.
Newsroups are for sharing knowledge, telling people *how* to reach what
they´re looking for. It´s your turn then to translate that into action.
