Temp File Created

Please advise what causes the type of error message:

"Your changes could not be saved to "File Named", but were
saved to a temp doc named "###XX###", close the existing
doc then open temp doc and save it under new name."

Please I need help! We will save as new name, then another
message like this will appear again.
