Temp files and word 2003

Hi,

How can I get rid of those files.They open when I open a .doc, which is
normal but they do not disappear after closing the document !!!
I then have to delete them manually...

Any solution?
I have just formatted my HD and re installed Office 2003 beta 2
version.Everything is thus clean !
