Temp files dont get delated

Hi guys, i have small problem, whenever i open a file for editing
number of temp files get created in the same folder, & they don't ge
deleted after closing the file, usually they do & i have to delete the
manually, i tried refreshing the folder, but all in vain, pls help.

Try restarting Windows; then you should be able to delete the temporary
