Template auto fill-in

Is there any way i could get a template to fill in without having to go find
all of the blanks? Like if i could just enter all of the information
somewhere then it could put it into the appropriate blaks?

Are you working with a template someone else has given you to fill in, or
are you trying to create a template that pulls data from somewhere else? Is
this a Word template?
