Template Changes

I have created a number of automated templates for
everyone within the company to use. The document based on
the templates are loaded through a user form and coding so
they will not be able to see where they are stored but if
i do get someone meddling - how will i stop them saving
changes to the templates. I do not want the users to see
any dialogue boxes atall eg. read only recomended boxes).

They should be able to save the documents based on the
templates but NOT the template changes.

I had a look at some On Close events but then got a bit
stuck - could anyone help please.

Thanks very much.

Hi Kezza,

You could save the templates in a READ-ONLY folder, or set
permissions for that folder to read-only for those who aren't
"administrators" of the templates.
