Template consisting of Page and Subpage

Can you create a template that not only contains the page but also the
subpages. I've tried grouping then creating the template but it only creates
the page and does not include the subpages.

I don't think you can do multiple-page templates.

The best workaround I've found is to create your template page/subpage and
then keep them as the top pages of the section where you want to be able to
reuse them. When you want to create new pages, you should be able to ctrl-
click to select both "template" pages, then ctrl-drag to create copies of
the pages in the section.

It's a few more clicks than you would have using the Templates Task Pane,
but it's a decent workaround.

Or if OneNote was a real Office app and have VBA you could program it
in with little fanfare. But no VBA in OneNote.
