I am willing to pay someone to create a template for me. How do I find that
person?
This is what I need:
* Intranet accessible form will allow a user to enter the following fields:
+ Current date
+ Account name (queries an existing database of accounts)
+ Department (drop down list)
+ Notes field
* Submission adds this row to a report list. Managers should be able to open
the report list, review it, activate a checkbox next to certain list items
and add a comment.
* When the checkbox is activated, it will archive the list item (make it
hidden) and at the end of the month email the current month's list of items
to a designated address in a spreadsheet or something similar.
I have SQL 2005 access, Sharepoint services, Infopath, Access 2003, etc for
use in this. It is not complicated at all, but I have no time for this. If
someone has this expertise and is reasonable, I will pay for this labor.
