Template Download Claims Word not Activated....

I have verified that Office has been activated and even took the steps to
forcing the activation process again as per MS KB, yet whenever I attempt to
download templates from within the program from the Microsoft site, it
claims that the product isn't activated.

Anyone seen this or have a solution for this?
