Template download problem

I have tried without success to download the one-page 2007-2008 school year
calendar template (with space for notes) for Word 2003 or later and the
one-page 2007-2008 school year calendar template for Excel 2003 or later. I
am running both Word and Excel 2003.

I am able to download other versions of school year calendars in Word or
Excel, including similar formats for other years. For example, I can download
the one-page 2006-2007 school year calendar for Word 2003 or later, and the
one-page, July-July 2006-2007 school year calendar for Excel 2000 or later.

This is the message I get when I try to download either template:
"This template could not be downloaded automatically. An error occurred when
Office Online tried to download this template to your computer. This error
might have happened for several reasons, such as a network error or a busy or
unavailable server.

To solve this problem, you can click your browser's Back button and try
again or download the template manually."

When I click the "Download Now" button below the manual download
instructions, a new page comes up with this message:
"Template not found. The template you are trying to access was not found."

After reading posts from others who have had problems downloading templates,
I checked to make sure the ActiveX Microsoft Office Template and Media
Control is enabled (it is), deleted my temporary internet files and made sure
www.microsoft.com is listed as a trusted site in the security section of
Internet Options (it is).

I've been trying to download from the Microsoft Office Online site. I'm
frustrated because these are perfect templates to indicate our school's
breaks and events for the upcoming school year.

I work on the Office Online Templates Team, and I'd like to help you get
these calendars if you still need them.

Can you send me the URLs for the calendars that you wanted? I tried to
locate them by title on the site, but don't see any 2007-2008 school year or
academic calendars with room for notes, but we have a ton of new 2007-20087
academic calendars. Take a look and copy the URLs for the calendars you want
into a reply so I can help you troubleshoot this problem.

Thanks for your reply, Sheila. Just yesterday I was able to successfully
download the Word calendar. I haven't tried the other one. Something must
have changed on the site. I'm glad it works now. Here are the urls for your
