I'm having a problem downloading Office templates; the site immediately
assumes I'm using 2003 standard and asks for my product key - I'm running on
XP 2002. Any help? Thanks, Andy

Hi Andy,

Check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel to see if you have any 2003 series Microsoft apps listed. Some computers
come with unactivated trial copies. Some of the Office Templates are available only for folks with a 2003 edition.
