Template Error

I am unable to download any Excel Templates. When I try it I get an error
report saying "Microsoft Excel for Windows has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This happens on any
template I try to download. Does anybody know what the problem is?? Thanks.
