template for Archive boxes

I need a template to create a new database for my companies Arhcive boxes,
which are in two storage sheds, it needs to allow us to search the data base
in various ways to find old material we may need to get out.

Sometimes there are no templates for our needs. When that happens you can
either heavily modify something that kinda'-sorta' close or start from
scratch.
