Template for Cataloguing All My reports

Is there an Access database template that I can download that will allow me
to easily catalogue all my reports that reside on my file server. I do not
need any fancy apps like SharePoint or Reporting Services. I just want to
have an inventory of all my reports and maybe create Excel links to all of
them when I am browsing so I can launch these reports directly.

Any simple solutions?
