template for employee bonus program

Hi- I am setting up a new program for a small business that I need to track
how much work is sub is completing on a daily basis- this will be in actual
dollars received daily from each sub-to implement a bonus program- the guys
are excited about the program but I am wondering if this could go faster if
there were a template already out there that I could adapt to our needs-
employee's names, dates, work done and $ in- figuring I could do an excel
spreadsheet- but wondering if any one else has any suggestions?
