Template for Issue and Risks fields

Is it posible to modify the standard layout for the fields in the Issue and
Risk forms.
I know they can be changed per individual project. For instance: I want to
standardize the "status" and "Category" options diferently far all present
and future projects.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the info. However, if I follow the instructions I get an error
message after the following actions:

Save and Export

In the home page of the template site, click "Site Settings", then "Go to
Site Administration".
Click "Save site as a template"
Give the file a name and supply a Template Title.

The message I get at this point is: "Error, The specified gallery is not
available for this website collection"

What have I done wrong??
