As a retired Management Accountant - every business is different, every
business has a different emphasis on what financial information is required
to manage the business.
Is this a study question, or are you really wanting to create a Management
accounting reporting procedure for a live business? If the latter, then I
don't think that a "template" will help you. Most businesses are very loth
to make public the management accounting format that they use, for two
reasons. Firstly it may give away business information, and secondly, they
have usually expended time and money on producing the format.
In addition, the production of a set of management accounts needs quite a
lot of insight into the underlying ways in which the business functions, and
how you control the financial (and other) performance indicators.
I think your best bet would be to actually go on a short course, or do some
other form of study on management accounting principles, and then begin to
construct your own unique method of reporting, which will be, like all other
management accounting procedures, uniquely tailored to your own business
requirements.
