Template for phone book/membership directory

[infopath]

I am looking for a template to create a phonebook or membership directory
using infopath.
The difficulty I am having is creating the printing views.
Anyone done this before?

the best way is word print view but there are a lot of limitation or
you can create a xsl to convert your document in WordML
