Template for recording BLOOD PRESSURE for Excel 2002

Recently discovered have High Blood Pressure. Need to record BP
different time of a day for weeks and get averages etc. etc. Where
can I download a template from. Any pointers. Thanks

I guess OP did NOT get due to nospam email address. If a request is sent to

It would seem that if a template was desired that a proper email address
would be included in the msg body.
