all i need is a template to get me started. can anyone help?
i need to have:
name of journal
edition
volume #
Date
key words
Articles

Why do you need a TEMPLATE to do that? Just create an Excel spreadsheet with
those exact headings in 6 columns......

With multiple articles per journal, it just might be appropriate for a
relational database like Access though.
