Template for time billing

These newsgroups exist so that people can post their Access technical
issues and receive help and guidance in understanding and resolving
those issues. The accepted process is that issues are posted and so
is the entire dialogue leading to their resolution. That way, others
can benefit as well as the original poster.

The solutions and guidance are freely contributed by volunteers.

What you have requested is not guidance but service.

Have you tried hiring a consultant on your local market? RentAcoter?
GetAFreelancer? Elance? There are ample venues where you can request
service, pay the bill and enjoy the results.

Have you tried running it using Access 2002? As far as I know, the Access
2003 templates are actually in Access 2000 format, so that they should open
in Access 2002 without a problem.
