template form: TEXT and CHECKBOX form field / FORM PORTECT

Word 2007
I created a form with regular text and for input TEXT FORM FIELD.
In addition I used some CHECK BOX FORM FIELDs.
So far all's ok.
Now I PROTECT FORM with Restrictions: "Filling in forms"
I can now input TEXT field until I click on one CHECK BOX...then TEXT fields
don't let me input anything anymore unless I UNPROTECT the form.
Help...

Hmmm....I'm not able to duplicate what you are encountering. Are you using
the controls/fields under Legacy Form or those from the ActiveX Controls? Do
you have Office 2007 SP2 installed?
