Template language

Each template that I open from the project gallery opens up in French. I need it to be in English but can't figure out how to do it. On each individual document the language under tools says it is set for English but everything is in French. How do I change it?

The templates contain placeholder text which you are supposed to select &
replace with your own content. Not that it matters what language it is by
the way, but it isn't French :) The Lorem Ipsum content is standardized
filler based on Latin.

Right but can the language be changed? If so, how? The reason I ask is
because I'd like to see how the template info is actually laid out so
I can decide to alter it or keep it the same (with my own content, of
course). Thanks!

For either of you:

Just select the text that is in the template and delete it. Then type your
own information in its place.

Cheers
