Template mirror inage graphics error

Templates created with word 97 have two graphics and text header and footers for my letterhead. Loading the same templates into word xp small business edition resulted in displaying the mirror image of one of the graphic images leaving the other items displayed correctly. Is there a suggested fix in the word xp software?
