template not printing

I downloaded a thank-you card template, and it downloads fine, and allows me
to alter it fine, but prints a blank page, and shows only a blank page on
print preview. I think it's because the page showing is just the back panel
of the fold up card, but I can't get the whole page, all four panels, to show
in print preview or to print...

Please disregard, I found it; for anyone else experiencing this, the solution
is in Tools>Options>Print>and make sure to select (check) "Drawing objects",
then everything will show in print preview (and print on the page)...

I'm having the same problem. Your solution worked for the text, but not the
background photo on the greeting card template I'm trying to use. Any more
ideas, anyone!?
